  • Pan fabricated from SS Sheet of 304/316 AISI quality with adequate mouth opening and depth.
  • Needs no foundation, can be installed on properly pre-levelled filter.
  • Compact hot air blower with in let air damping arrangement through filter.
  • Easy mounting arrangement for change over from Coating Pan to Polishing Pan.

Gaylord has designed the Coating Pan after study of the needs of expert coaters such as Angle of inclination of Pan Volume Rotational Speed and Temperature.

The Pan is elliptical in shape mounted at 30º angle.

The Pan in other geometrical shapes and mounting are also manufactured as per requirement.

The Hot air blower, thermostat controlled to deliver required air at selected temperature between 40º C to 80º C is provided.
